For our brand new location in Weert we are looking for a Technical employee for the day shift of 40 hours per week. Not only the location, but also the excavators you will be working on are completely new and of A-brand Kubota. In the position of technical employee, you will enjoy performing assembly work on these excavators.
What you’ll be doing:
You and the machine, that's what this job is all about. As a technical specialist, you’re responsible from A to Z for the complete order of each machine, which involves construction and modifications. You deliver top quality work and are very proud of the end result.
What does your working day look like?
- At the start of the day, you and your colleagues and team leader decide which excavators need to be prepared specifically for the customer that day.
- Your excavator is ready for you. You collect the necessary parts and go through the machine's work instructions.
- You tinker with the machine and you check the parts for damage and completeness. If there are any deviations here, you report them to your team leader.
Finished? Then you test the machine, and as a technical expert you release the machine. This machine is ready to be delivered. Through your work you directly contribute to the total customer satisfaction of our client Kubota.
We’re looking for:
You like tinkering with motorcycles, mopeds or cars? Are you restoring a classic car? Have you got experience as a mechanic or machine builder at school or in practice? We’re looking for you!
For the position of technical employee, we’re looking for candidates who have an affinity with technology. There are different gradations in the difficulty of the work, so we are looking for candidates who want to turn their hobby into their work, as well as candidates who have completed a technical education or have technical work experience.
You master the Dutch, English or German language in word and/or writing and you’re able to understand and follow work instructions.

Your starting salary is between € 2,400 and € 2,600 gross per month. You’ll also find a nice work/life balance at Broekman Logistics. You work in day shifts, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The new location of Broekman Logistics in Weert is very easy to reach from the A2 highway, and is a strategic centre close to cities such as Sittard-Geleen, Roermond, Eindhoven and Venlo.
